How to copy my lighthouse pictures for your personal wallpaper:

First, understand that these images are copyrighted. ALL images are the intellectual property of the photographer who took them (and on my website they all belong to Crow's Nest Photography/Brad Sindle). You may not copy or use these or any other photographer's photographs for any reason at anytime without expressed written permission (and a fee paid) to the artist.

That being said, I am allowing your personal use of several lighthouse photographs that are specifically sized and labeled as copyable on their respective lighthouse page. The images designated are only allowed to be used on your computer as wallpaper and must have the text showing my website/copyright visible.

Any other usage of such images, by being shown on other websites, printed in any form, or used for viewing in any other way constitutes a violation of my copyright and will be prosecuted. Please understand that the reproduction of images that take time, equipment, knowledge, and tons of personal money to produce, without compensation to the artist is considered theft by copyright laws. Artists deserve to be compensated for their work that you use for enjoyment, as they need to pay their bills too so that they may continue to produce content for your enjoyment.

The following is for Windows XP but is similar for other windows operating systems.

First, right click over the image. When the menu pops up select (left click) "copy".

Save the image to a place you will know where to find it!! Remember the name on the file!

Minimize your browser to be able to see your current computer desktop

Right click anywhere on your desktop (other than on an icon)

Select (left click) 'properties' from the pop up menu.

Select the "desktop" tab, click the 'browse' button and navigate to the saved image file.

Select the file and in the 'position' box choose the option you would like. (stretch is usually good)

How to share my website:

Please share my site with others. This is one of the few ways an artist with limited marketing dollars can be discovered. I welcome visitors and their possible constructive comments, and possible business.

Easy way:

Highlight the following by dragging your curser across:

www.crowsnestphotography.com

Next: Either go up to the 'edit' menu at the top of your browser and select 'copy', or use the more simple method of right clicking the highlighted text and then left click the copy command. This puts the text onto the computer's invisible clipboard.

Now: On an email you are sending, right click anywhere on the page, and then left click 'paste' on the pop up menu. (or you could have gone up to the edit menu and clicked on paste).

When your friend clicks this link it will take him/her to my home page.

If you want to send a particular page, such as one of the lighthouse pages:

First: When you are on the page you want to send them to, go to the 'address bar' at the top of your browser.

Click inside the address box. The address should become highlighted.

Follow the copy and paste instructions discussed above.
