Crow's Nest Photography has been a part time venture for the past 5 out of 9 years. I am now in the process of taking it full time again.

I know that the low-level perspective can greatly enhance a listing for MANY high-end properties, when compared to photographs taken from a normal aircraft. I also know when the blimpcam will NOT do a site justice, and i will say so at either a pre-site visit, or upon arriving on the property for the shoot.

It is NOT my intention to replace aircraft-based photography. If an aircraft will do better, I will tell you so.

I would like to offer you the opportunity to use the photographs from the Ware River Project for your advertising brochures, and websites.

To get you to try me out on one of your high-end properties, I will take $50 off my normal rate of $350 and I will sell you a CD with the images of the Ware River Project (those shown here on the web), with usage rights for a full 2 years for any of your in-house publications, for only $125! That's right! For $425, you can have a high end property shot and you can use any or all of the Ware River images for 2 years (brochure, office reprints, and website usage only, subject to conditions listed below).

But wait, there's more. If the idea is well received I will also be doing the North, the Severn, and the East River. Those realty companies that have taken me up on this, will be offered the cd's from each of those rivers for ($175) half of my price of $350 per future river.

To take advantage of this offer, your company must schedule and pay for a shoot before December 15, 2007. CD's will include broad and more generic shots of the views of each river. Closeups of individual homes you may have listed on these rivers will be sold separately only to the listing company or the homeowner at prices listed above. All images on cd will be at both website resolution and at printable quality for sizes up to 4x6. Credit for the photograph must be included on any prints larger than realty magazines "thumbnails" as "Aerial photo by Crow's Nest Photography" or with the Crow's Nest website URL "www.crowsnestphotography.com".
